I enjoy the infinite Neverwinter PVP system very much, from which I can gain a certain number of gems, a ton of experience and the Glory used to exchange PVP items. I played as a rogue who owns high critical damage in this game. The high critical damage is also the reason why I like this career.
My current level is 33. However, I’ve never been to the dungeons or the outdoors to do any assignments. I nearly always stay in the PVP system which brings you a sense of matchless stimulus. I summed up some personal experiences after playing this game for quite a long time and I’d like to share with everybody.
The first one is the skill selection:
Dazing strile is the compulsory skill for you as it has fair damage. The main reason is that you can interrupt the enemies conjure and prevent the enemies from attacking yourself. You may lose your glory in PVP as long as you ignore this skill.
Lashing Blade owns the best skill so far. If you want to kill the enemies in combo, this would be your compulsory selection.
Deft Strile is a skill owns high mobility. Its actuating range is very wide and it works for escaping or chasing the enemy.
Cloud of Steel + Sly Flourish
Cloud of Steel+ Sly Flourish
In general, I would choose the left and the right button to use these two skills. Though the damage of Duelist’s Flirry is very high, the prelude is too long. It works very efficiently in the PVP system which nobody would be hit without motivation.
The rogue often sneaks to the enemies when they battle starts. It would cause great harm on the opponent by using Lashing Blade. This skill would gain damage after sneaking. Then, Dazing Strile would control the enemies. Next, the left button comes into play. If the enemies use the rolling skill, the Deft Strike can be adopted to pursue your enemies. Of course, these are suitable for the ideal battle. Different play style would be adopted when you facing the different career.
Cleric: paying attention to its chain skill. It's quite enough when you get rid of the chain skill and carry out the melee attack and forbid it releasing it’s wizardry.
Great sword Fighter: paying attention to its takedown skill. Never combat with it face to face. The guerrilla means of sneaking- attacking-sneaking could be adopted.
Guardian Fighter: this is a total defense career which is very hard to conquer. Generally, you’d better choose other opponents instead of choosing to fight with it continuously. You can attack the guardian fighter from behind when you combat in a team.
Wizard: it has many control skills. You must be killed by him once you were captured by it. Definitely, wizard fears you very much, as well.
Rogue: This career usually combats with the same career opponents. Who will gain the supremacy totally depends on the personal operating practice.
Above all, these are my personal experiences and opinions toward the rogue in PVP. The specific playing method should depend on the personal style and operation habit. My current level is not high yet and more new playing methods would be created in the future in all probability. I shall share my experience with you at that time then.
